The Voice Center at University Otolaryngology Associates is dedicated to the care and study of the human voice. Over the past several decades, clinical research done in the Voice Center, has led to numerous advances in medical, surgical and behavioral therapies for voice disorders. The expertise in vocal care continues with use of in-office, state-of-the-art diagnostic and therapeutic tools including stroboscopy, medialization injections for vocal cord paralysis or atrophy, Botox injections for tremor and spasmodic dysphonia, and KTP laser treatment for some types of laryngeal disease.

We collaborate with voice scientists and speech language pathologists who work extensively with patients with vocal issues. We also refer to voice therapists in the region for patient convenience and follow up compliance.
